For efficient and effective delivery of the strategy objectives, all funding decisions are made by the FLAG Board of Directors. This Board is elected annually by the FLAG membership. All Board members serve on a voluntary basis. In addition the Board may co-opt non-voting advisors to provide specialist guidance on particular projects. The Board meets approximately every six weeks throughout the year. Due to the sensitive nature of the discussion minutes are not usually made public, although details of supported projects are posted on the website once an offer letter has been accepted.
